Company Description
Vitimech is a specialist supplier of vineyard machinery and equipment, serving viticulture businesses with tailored solutions for their operational needs. The company is an importer for COLLARD Vineyard Machinery and CALVET Spraying Equipment, offering high-quality tools for pruning, spraying, and vineyard maintenance. Vitimech also operates as a dealer for brands such as Infaco, Agrofer, Avant, Dieci, Kirogn, and others, providing a wide range of equipment options. Applicants can expect to work with diverse, well-known manufacturers and support vineyard clients in selecting reliable, efficient machinery.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Vineyard Equipment Sales Consultant role based in Chichester. The consultant will:

- Advise vineyard clients on suitable machinery and equipment
- Demonstrate product features
- Prepare tailored quotations to meet customer requirements
- Manage inquiries
- Conduct showroom and site visits
- Maintain product knowledge across multiple brands
- Coordinate with suppliers on availability and delivery timelines
- Build long-term relationships
- Follow up on leads
- Handle order documentation
- Ensure a positive purchasing experience for each customer
- Collaborate with the wider team on promotions, trade events, and after-sales support

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vineyard machinery solutions
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, including follow-up, issue resolution, and relationship building
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for product explanations, quotations, and coordination with customers and suppliers
- Experience in equipment or agricultural/viticulture sales is highly beneficial; knowledge of vineyard operations or machinery is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Chichester, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and a valid driver’s license for customer visits and equipment demonstrations
