ECS+COHO is our flagship B2B event, bringing together 2,500+ senior decision-makers from Europe's top coffee chains, foodservice operators and hospitality groups alongside 250+ innovative suppliers for three days of curated 1:1 meetings, industry talks, awards and genuine human connection.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, motivated and people-oriented graduate to join us as Buyer Recruitment Manager, starting immediately.
This is an SDR-style role with real responsibility. You will be the person who identifies, reaches out to and recruits senior procurement and operations decision-makers from across Europe to join our VIP Hosted Buyer Programme at ECS+COHO. You will also own the coordination of their full experience from first contact through to arrival at the event.

English must be your first language. Other European languages such as French, German, Italian would be a big BONUS.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Buyer Recruitment
- Identify and research senior procurement and operations decision-makers from across the European coffee and hospitality sector
- Reach out to prospective VIP Hosted Buyers via email, phone and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects against our buyer criteria
- Present the VIP Hosted Buyer Programme clearly and accurately - explaining what ECS+COHO is, what the hosted package includes, and why it is relevant to their role
- Manage each prospect through the full recruitment process, from first contact through to confirmed registration
- Track outreach activity and keep records up to date at all stages

Buyer Relationship Management
- Contact previous ECS+COHO attendees ahead of each event and encourage them to return
- Build and maintain genuine, ongoing relationships with buyers across the year
- Personalise communications based on each buyer's company, role and sourcing priorities
- Respond to buyer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the buyer's journey - from first conversation to arrival at the event
Data and Lead Generation
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new buyer prospects and build targeted contact lists
- Research companies and decision-makers to ensure outreach is relevant and well-informed
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across contact lists and CRM records
- Support the team in keeping the buyer pipeline organised and clearly tracked
Events and Operational Administration
- Own and maintain the master attendee list for ECS+COHO, keeping it accurate as registrations come in and details change
- Coordinate hotel accommodation bookings for all attendees, including room allocations and any special requirements
- Send buyers the logistical information they need ahead of the event - confirmation details, hotel check-in information, programme schedules and travel guidance
- Handle buyer queries around their attendance, accommodation and event experience
- Support the wider team with event preparation tasks as deadlines approach
- Assist on-site at ECS+COHO where required
1:1 Meeting Programme - Supply and Innovation Day
- Take the lead on organising and coordinating the structured 1:1 meeting programme between VIP Hosted Buyers and suppliers at the Supply and Innovation Day
- Work with both buyers and suppliers to understand their priorities and ensure meetings are well-matched and scheduled
- Build and manage the full meeting schedule, ensuring every buyer has a minimum of 10 confirmed meetings ahead of the event
- Track all schedule changes promptly and communicate them clearly to all affected parties
- Maintain a clear, live view of the full schedule at all times and flag any gaps or conflicts proactively
- Act as the central point of contact for all meeting-related queries in the lead-up to and during the event

Skills and Experience
- Confident communicator - comfortable picking up the phone, sending professional emails and building genuine rapport with senior professionals
- Well-organised - able to manage multiple tasks, keep accurate records and meet deadlines without being chased
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for research and outreach
- Strong written English - able to write clearly and professionally
- Competent with everyday tools: email, spreadsheets, shared documents
