About the Role
We are seeking experienced helicopter pilots with a minimum of 2,000 turbine flight hours to join our VIP Charter Division. Candidates with AW109 type experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
Based at London Biggin Hill, this position offers a dynamic and varied operational environment. The role operates on a flexible basis, with shifts offered in line with operational requirements. Travel and temporary assignments across Castle Air's operational bases may be required to support VIP charter and specialist missions.

- Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant VIP and commercial flight operations
- Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
- Ensure full compliance with CAA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Support operational requirements through flexible working arrangements and travel when required
- Work collaboratively to support a high-performance team culture

Requirements
- CPL(H) or ATPL(H) Licence
- Minimum 2,000 hours turbine flight time
- AW109 type rating (preferred)
- Instrument Rating (IR) (preferred)
- Experience in VIP or passenger transport operations (desirable)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
