The Role: VIP Manager

Ready to orchestrate guest experiences for the world’s most innovative racing series? Formula E seeks a VIP Manager to shape experiences for stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, best-in-class journey at every level.

This role is mission-critical and places you as the primary point of contact between Formula E leadership and high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Guest Journey & CRM Command
    • Oversee entire VIP lifecycle from initial booking to post-race feedback.
    • Document high-security guest profiles with preferences, dietary needs, and engagement history to deliver personalised and exclusive experiences.

  • Strategic Stakeholder & Logistics Synergy

    • Juggle VIP ticketing & accreditation distribution, securing all guests have the appropriate credentials and bespoke itineraries.
    • Oversee executive gifting and coordinate procurement from global suppliers while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
    • Work with CEO office and departmental leaders to align every logistics detail.
  • On-Site Leadership & Operational Excellence

    • Travel internationally to serve as Formula E’s face for VIP relations during race weekends.
    • Deliver recognized, flawless arrivals, gatherings, and high-pressure troubleshooting.
    • Prepare, disseminate, and handle executive briefings with discretion, ensuring impeccable execution at all times.

Requirements

The VIP Specialist

  • Experience in high-stakes hospitality, sports, or luxury hospitality.
  • Track record in serving C-suite, VIP, or executive guests, understanding of protocols.

The Precision Planner

  • Attention to detail with proven administration and CRM experience.
  • Comfort managing sensitive data, IT tools, and financial documentation (POs, invoices).

The Resilient Problem-Solver

  • Strong team collaboration with a "can-do" attitude, able to work under tight deadlines and unusual hours.
  • Diplomatic skills to build trust with VIPs and adapt solutions seamlessly.
  • Cultural awareness to engage with diverse constituents across the globe.

The Global Ambassador

  • Motivated for high travel children (international relocation experience a strong value-add).
  • A background as PA/EA or in executive support is a plus.
  • Passion for motorsport, sustainability, or innovation.

This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days at the formulaone office in Hammersmith, London.
