Salary: From £31,500.00 DOE and location + Fantastic benefits
Location status: Hybrid (flexible working options available)
Location: Bupa Place, Salford
Permanent/fixed term contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: Full-time 37.5hrs
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Consulting Leader to join our team.
In this influential leadership role, you will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic consulting, shape commercial decisions, and drive meaningful business outcomes. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for growth, leading complex initiatives, and providing expert guidance that supports organisational objectives.
As a trusted advisor, you'll combine strategic thinking, commercial insight, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making and deliver lasting impact across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating corporate consulting activities across strategic business initiatives.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation and wider stakeholder network.
- Leading complex discussions and influencing key business decisions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve business performance, efficiency, and growth.
- Managing and prioritising multiple projects and strategic workstreams.
- Using data, insights, and market intelligence to support recommendations and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful strategic initiatives.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
- Supporting change and transformation programmes across the business.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in corporate consulting, management consulting, strategy, or business advisory roles.
- Strong track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience leading complex projects, transformation programmes, or strategic business initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong consulting, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Professional qualifications in Business, Strategy, Consulting, Leadership, or Project Management would be advantageous.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic and commercially minded approach.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across multiple teams.
