The Opportunity
Smyth & Co Luxury Consultants have been exclusively retained by a boutique executive support business that provides discreet, first-class assistance to an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurs, CEOs, founders, high-net-worth individuals, and VIP clients.
Renowned for delivering an exceptional level of service, our client acts as a seamless extension of the businesses they support, allowing influential individuals to focus on what they do best while everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an outstanding Virtual Executive Assistant to join their remote team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an inspiring and diverse client portfolio, providing executive-level support whilst enjoying the flexibility of working entirely from home.
The Role
This is much more than traditional administration.
You'll become a trusted partner to a portfolio of high-profile clients, managing busy schedules, coordinating priorities, and ensuring every detail is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and absolute discretion.

Success in this role comes from anticipating needs before they arise, taking ownership, thinking proactively, and consistently delivering work of the highest standard with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively managing complex diaries and calendars
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Managing busy inboxes, prioritising communications, and drafting professional correspondence
- Providing high-quality executive and business administration support
- Preparing presentations, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting notes
- Maintaining organised digital filing systems and accurate records
- Supporting projects and handling ad-hoc requests efficiently
- Acting as a trusted extension of each client's business whilst maintaining complete confidentiality
Every client is different, meaning no two days are ever the same.
About You
We're looking for someone who naturally thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping busy professionals stay organised.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
- Excellent diary and inbox management experience
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The highest levels of professionalism and discretion
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
- A reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
