Temporary Virtual Assistant (Legal/Barrister Support)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Location: 100% Remote (UK-based preferred for timezone alignment)
Duration: Temporary (3rd August – 4th September)
Hours: Approximately 3 hours per day, Monday till Friday.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to a busy Employment Law Barrister for a fixed five-week period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, short-term remote role. No previous legal experience is required! We will provide full training during a short, 1-hour video call before you start to ensure you are fully set up for success.

- Diary Management: Meticulously managing and organizing the Barrister's daily schedule.
- Deadline Tracking: Keeping strict track of key dates and legal deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Email Management: Monitoring the inbox, flagging urgent correspondence, and replying to emails.
- Daily Syncs: Participating in two brief daily calls to align on priorities—one morning kick-off call and one afternoon wrap-up call at 4:00 PM everyday.
Schedule & Commitment
- Dates: 3rd August to 4th September.
- Time: Approximately 3 hours per day, Monday - Friday.
- Flexibility: While your work can largely be done flexibly throughout the day, the morning call and 4:00 PM afternoon call are fixed, however negotiable depending on the day.

- Great Communication: Strong written English for replying to emails professionally.
