Remote Position | Full-Time | Starting Pay: $3.00/hour + Bonus Opportunities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in cold calling and appointment setting. Experience working with insurance leads or sales teams is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads daily
- Schedule appointments for agents using company systems
- Follow phone scripts while building rapport with prospects
- Handle basic objections and maintain a professional attitude
- Keep accurate records and notes in CRM systems
- Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages
- Maintain organized tracking of leads, appointments, and results
- Communicate daily with management regarding performance and goals

Requirements
- Previous experience with cold calling and appointment setting
- Insurance, financial services, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and meeting daily goals
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, professional home office/work environment
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
- Experience using CRMs, dialers, Calendly, or similar scheduling tools is a plus

Compensation
- Starting Pay: $3.00 per hour with Bonus Incentives
- Full-time position
