We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to serve as the central hub for our diverse portfolio of boutique hotels, Bed & Breakfasts, and premium short-term rentals. This is a high-impact, fully remote role designed for a technical expert who can seamlessly bridge the gap between traditional hotel guest services and modern short-term rental logistics. You will own the end-to-end guest journey—from managing complex inventory across major OTAs to delivering elite-level support—ensuring every guest receives a flawless, five-star experience from booking to checkout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, managing a wide range of needs including hotel-style special requests, check-in logistics, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Masterful Inventory Management: Oversee calendar availability, rate synchronization, and reservation modifications using Guesty and Uplisting across a mixed portfolio.
  • Platform & Reputation Management: Proactively manage listings and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google to protect brand integrity.
  • Operational Coordination: Synchronize daily with on-site hotel staff and remote maintenance/housekeeping teams to ensure smooth turnovers and property readiness.
  • Dispute & Administrative Oversight: Handle OTA disputes, chargebacks, and overbooking preventions, while maintaining meticulous administrative records and arrival reports.
  • On-Call Support: Provide reliable out-of-hours coverage to address urgent guest messages and emergencies during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • System Mastery: Extensive hands-on technical expertise in Guesty and Uplisting is non-negotiable.
  • Mixed Portfolio Experience: 2+ years of experience managing reservations and guest relations for both traditional hospitality (Hotels/B&Bs) and short-term rentals.
  • Native-Level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and hospitable tone.
  • UK Schedule Alignment: Strict adherence to UK business hours and the flexibility to monitor requests during evenings and weekends.
  • OTA Expertise: Deep knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia Group, including rate plans and dispute resolution frameworks.
  • Autonomy: Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage a complex portfolio independently.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
  • Familiarity with hotel-specific channel managers like SiteMinder.
