We’re hiring at Vibe Virtual Assistants🙌
Vibe VA is a fast-growing UK VA agency supporting ambitious business owners with high-level admin, PA/EA support, creative tasks, and operational support and we’re looking for another superstar VA to join our team.
To apply for the role, you MUST:
- Be based in the UK
And have:
- 3+ years’ freelance VA experience supporting multiple clients
- Strong traditional PA/EA skills - diary management, inbox management, client comms & organisation
- A creative flair - confident using Canva for social media, presentations & client resources
- The ability to build strong relationships - building trust and be able to maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients
- Self-sufficient and resourceful - confident in figuring things out independently, taking initiative, and getting stuck in without needing hand-holding
- The ability to work at pace across fast-moving SME clients
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
