Position Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a Virtual Assistant Sales & Business Development Manager in an independent contractor model, supporting a North American services firm with lead generation, client outreach, pipeline management, and sales operations. This role blends strategic business development with hands-on sales execution. This would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting or services environment and knows how to confidently build relationships with U.S. and Canadian clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients within target industries.
  • Manage outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, CRM sequences, and detailed client calling.
  • Prepare tailored outreach messaging, proposals, and capability summaries.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and nurturing.
  • Manage inbound calls on sales matters and client relationship building.

Business Development

  • Support development of partnerships, channel relationships, and referral networks.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities.
  • Assist in creating pitch decks, sales collateral, and client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate discovery calls and follow-up actions with prospects.

Sales Operations & Administration

  • Maintain CRM accuracy, update deal stages, and track KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries as required.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate cross-team communication.
  • Support client handoff processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales / Client Services Manager, Sales Development Manager, or similar role within a services-based industry (consulting, outsourcing, BPO, professional services, SaaS services, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Salesmate, HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time business hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with North American companies is strongly preferred, must be comfortable communicating with U.S./Canadian executives.
  • Consulting company experience is highly preferred, especially in roles involving client-facing communication and solution-based selling.
  • Experience with client prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of U.S. business culture, sales etiquette, and professional communication norms.
  • Ability to create simple sales decks or presentations (PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Comfortable with light project coordination or client onboarding tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, Teams, etc.)

Compensation & Work Setup

  • Role will be an independent contractor working directly with Dynamic PMO.
  • Competitive salary of $5 – $6 (USD) per hour depending on experience.
  • Fully remote role with collaboration via Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.), and CRM platforms.
