Virtual assistant + social media manager
We're hiring: Social Media Manager / Executive Assistant
GymGrow helps 75+ independent gym owners across the UK grow their businesses through paid ads, CRM automation, and sales systems. We're also building Grow HQ + RevOS, our SaaS platform for gym owners.
I'm looking for someone to join me directly as a hybrid Social Media Manager & Executive Assistant.
What you'll be doing:
- Posting across all my channels and GymGrow's channels
- Clipping up content (gym tours, talks, raw footage) into short-form posts
- Basic video editing — you'll do some cuts yourself, not just brief others
- Directing our editors with clear creative direction
- Writing captions and copy that actually sound like us
- Supporting me with day-to-day admin so I can stay focused on the business

What I'm looking for:
- Someone who gets Instagram and short-form content, not just "posts sometimes"
- Solid copywriting instincts
- Comfortable in CapCut/Premiere (or similar) for basic edits
- Organised, proactive, low-maintenance — give you a brief and you run with it
- Bonus if you've got fitness/gym/coaching world experience

The offer:
This starts as a paid 1-month trial: £2,000 and a real chance for both of us to see if it's a fit before it becomes ongoing.
