We Are Rosemont
For over 50 years, Rosemont Pharmaceuticals has been a trusted name in the development and manufacture of oral liquid medicines. With a portfolio of over 130 products - including 70 licensed medicines - we’re proud to support healthcare professionals and patients, especially those with swallowing difficulties.
Our purpose is clear: to improve patient outcomes through innovation in liquid formulations. We’re highly respected across the pharmaceutical industry and have played a key role in establishing best practices for dysphagia care.
Our mission is to create a globally connected, people-focused organisation where every individual is empowered to thrive and achieve their best. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact to patients across the world and want to be part of a company with a strong heritage and ambitious vision, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Virtual Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving volume and net sales growth through impactful virtual engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This role is initially focusing on driving growth within primary care accounts, but offers the opportunity to develop broader strategic account management responsibilities across secondary care and integrated healthcare systems as business needs evolve.
Reporting to the Virtual National Sales Manager, you will focus on developing high-potential accounts, influencing prescribing behaviours, and supporting healthcare professionals with solutions that improve patient outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through a highly targeted and data-led approach.
This role is fully remote and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK, but preferably in the North West of England.
In person attendance will be required for training when launching new products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
