About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in elevating the lifestyles of our high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. As part of our dynamic team in Luxury Lifestyle Management, you will be the dedicated point of contact for personalized, high-touch support—delivering seamless, unforgettable experiences through tailored assistance in travel, dining, events, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
As a German-Speaking Lifestyle Concierge, your role includes:
- Providing personalized concierge services in travel, dining, events, leisure, andspecial requests for our members.
- Leveraging local expertise and member insights to craft bespoke recommendations and tailored experiences.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships rooted in trust, discretion, and exceptional service.
- Conducting thorough research to source and curate the most relevant options, aligning with member preferences.
- Collaborating across Ten Group’s departments and outside partners to ensure seamless, high-quality service experiences.
- Documenting all member interactions and request histories to uphold continuity and enable hyper-personalization.
- Participating in team engagement, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to handle multiple complex requests with ease and precision under deadlines.
- Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness in finding innovative solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering gold-star service at all times.
- The ability to connect instantly with clients, providing personalized service that makes them feel valued.
- Familiarity with luxury industry standards and an intuitive understanding of HNW/UHNW client needs.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a global or international concierge/wellness setting, ideally within travel or hospitality environments.
- A natural affinity for relationship-building and discretion in handling client privacy.
- Familiarity with digital platforms or CRM tools used in lifestyle concierge roles.
- An appreciation of Ten Group’s mission as a Certified B Corp, championing social impact and sustainable luxury.

Working Pattern
We’re looking for a motivated, flexible professional willing to work shift-based, covering five consecutive days per week:
- Scheduled shifts: Either Sept to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, within business hours of 08:00–20:00 GMT.
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week (rotational, ensuring coverage globally).
- Ten’s core values of flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork ensure a dynamic working experience across multiple time zones.
