Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Manage diverse member requests related to travel, dining, events, leisure, and unique desires with precision.
- Leverage deep local knowledge and quality intuition to curate individual recommendations and customized experiences.
- Build long-term client relationships through attentive, reliable, and discreet service.
- Conduct meticulous research to identify and propose the best possible options for members’ requests.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teams and partners to ensure a cohesive, high-quality service experience—showcasing the full Ten Group offering.
- Document all interactions comprehensively to ensure continuity and personalized service.
- Share insights and best practices actively in the team to drive collective success.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
✔ Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages. ✔ Experience in customer service, concierge, or luxury lifestyle management (highly preferred). ✔ Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with ease. ✔ Exceptional research skills and problem-solving creativity for personalized client solutions. ✔ Passion for luxury lifestyle service and a deep understanding of refined, discretionary experiences. ✔ Highly developed interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and deliver fully personalized service. ✔ Unwavering attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in all work tasks.
Nice to Have (Sicherheits Plus!)
✔ Experience with luxury booking platforms, direct client correspondence keepers, or VIP hospitality landscapes.
Working Pattern
- Flexible, rotational shift basis: Shifts available Sunday to Thursday (5 consecutive days) or Tuesday to Saturday (5 consecutive days).
- Operating Hours: 08:00–20:00 GMT (London Time).
- Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week.
