About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, professional German-speaking Lifestyle Concierge to join our dynamic team in Luxury Lifestyle Management. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, offering personalised assistance and crafting unforgettable experiences that elevate their lifestyle. Your expertise in providing tailored solutions—one-to-one impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills—will be critical in meeting the diverse needs of our emerging audience.
Duties
- Manage a broad range of client requests related to travel, dining, events, leisure, and unique lifestyle preferences
- Utilise local knowledge to provide insightful recommendations, creative personalised solutions and relevant insights to ensure members' needs are perfectly met
- Build and maintain strong, trusting member relationships through proactive, discreet but highly attentive service
- Conduct in-depth research to dish up the best possible options and create bespoke experiences tailored to members’ wishes
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to extend exceptional multichannel service coverage across Ten Group’s full suite of offerings
- Ensure meticulous documentation of interactions and past requests to guarantee seamless, personalised experiences for returning clients
- Share insights and experiences to advance the team’s collective expertise

Ihre Aufgaben (Ultraspreguntórientierung)
- Individuell unterstützen unserer Mitglieder bei Reisen, Restaurants, Events, Freizeitaktivitäten und besonderen Wünschen
- Eingehende Kenntnisse und Spannsinn nutzen, um personalisierte Empfehlungen und unvergessliche Erlebnisse anzubieten
- Langfristige, vertrauensvolle Mitgliedschaften durch aufmerksam, diskret aber verlässlichen Service aufbauen
- Aktive Recherche und Kreation von perfekt abgestimmten Optionen – Reisepapiere bis maßgeschneiderte Genusslösungen
- Enges Miteinander mit Kollegen und Partnern fördern, um das crumbling Service-Erlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Interaktion und Hintergrundinfos dokumentieren für eine komplette und persönliche Betreuung unserer Mitglieder
- Ideenaustausch und Service-Bestpractices prägend im Team mitgestalten
- Erregen Sie uns um die Ohren – in höchstem Kundenservice und kombinieren dies mit konstruktiver Fähigkeit für Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance covering travel, dining, events, member preferences, and lifestyle enhancements
- Leverage local know-how to suggest bespoke solutions that align with members' aspirations
- Build deep, lasting connections with clients through attentive, discreet, and proactively tailored service
- Research and deliver the optimum, personalised experiences that meet members' highest expectations
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and partners to create holistic service offerings
- Maintain meticulous records to ensure consistency and continuity in member interactions
- Contribute proactively to the team’s growth with insights and innovate best practices
Requirements | Ihr Profil
Must-Haves
- Fluent in both English and German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Experience in customer service, concierge or lifestyle management, particularly in the luxury sphere
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong research skills and problem-solving abilities to generate customised solutions on-demand
- Passion for luxury lifestyles and delivering exceptional service experiences
- Ability to build rapport quickly, foster deep personal connections and adhere to discretion with high-level clients
- Scheduled adorability – a relentless desire for quality, detail-oriented excellence in all responsibilities
Working Hours
Flexible, full-time position (40 hours/week) on a rotating shift basis (note: rotational shift base isn't ideal translation here, prefer "cyclical shifts" for clarity):
- Either: Sunday to Thursday (5 consecutive days) per week between 08:00 – 20:00 GMT
- Or: Tuesday to Saturday within the same daily timeframe
