What To Expect The role of the Virtual Sales Team, OLP, is to educate, inspire and skilfully guide repeat Tesla customers into continuing their Tesla journey of ownership. Through targeted outbound campaigns and elevation of the customer experience, this team is responsible for growing the retention rate in the UK.

The team focuses on financing options, trade-ins, collection and providing a World class experience. The Virtual Sales Manager is responsible for their team executing these activities at the highest possible level, while innovating and improving processes to make them more efficient and streamlined for both internal and external customers.

Location: Office based in our London HQ

What You'll Do

Build, develop and grow a team of Virtual Sales Advisors for the UK Market Monitor employee productivity which consists of, but not limited to: Direct Sales, Delivery Functions, Inbound & Outbound Communications and Ownership Outreach Communicate and implement all relevant changes that impact the team regarding policy and process Collaborate with other departments in efforts to clear roadblocks and build strong stakeholder relationships Set goal to meet minimum expectations and manage ongoing performance Train and mentor new team members as well as identify future team leaders Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to the repeat purchase of Tesla products Actively coach team members on sales conversations and provide timely feedback Create and maintain a fun, inclusive culture that rewards hard work and innovation

What You'll Bring

At least 3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment Experience in managing remotely Positive and energetic, excellent listening and communication skills Showcases an ability to take initiative and be proactive Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team Resilience and adaptability to an ever-changing work environment Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in an office environment Proficient with standard productivity tools (Outlook, MS Office, Chrome, Teams). Flexibility to travel between Manchester, London and Ireland Must have a valid driver’s license for minimum of 2 years Must have and continue to maintain a valid and safe driving record Must have the right to work in the UK
