Job Description

The Sr. Consultant – Visa Direct Ecosystem Optimization executes Visa Direct’s Ecosystem strategy by improving performance, mandate compliance, enablement, and adoption across key markets and use cases. This role leads targeted campaigns, supports new Visa product and value-added service adoption, and ensures clients are ready to support scalable and compliant money movement transactions. It also serves as a key link between ecosystem execution and product development by translating client insights, operational blockers, and regulatory needs into actionable programs and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Performance and Enablement:

    • Track client performance across authorization rates, approval behavior, enablement status, decline patterns, and priority Visa Direct use cases.
    • Lead targeted campaigns for underperforming clients, key regions, corridors, and use cases.
    • Execute enablement programs for approval performance, account funding, payouts, fast-funds readiness, client-level readiness, and mandate-related requirements.
  • Compliance, Mandates, and Governance:

    • Track client execution of global requirements related to enablement, data standards, approval behavior, and network rules.
    • Track readiness, waiver status, compliance gaps, exemptions, escalations, and remediation timelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
