Location: Wandsworth, South-West London Salary: £26,436 + Benefits
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment? TLScontact is looking for a Visa Documentation Agent to join our London Visa Application Centre team.
About the Role
In this role, you will support visa applicants through the application process, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
As a Visa Documentation Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and supporting the completion and review of visa applications
- Obtaining biometric data securely
- Managing documentation and maintaining filing and administration processes
- Ensuring a first-class customer experience while upholding strict security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
- Flagging any concerning applications to management
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to a safe, secure, and collaborative working environment

Requirements
We are seeking someone with:
- Demonstrable customer service experience, ideally in a public-facing role
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and confidently use Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Professional, patient, assertive, and adaptable
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures
Experience in a visa application centre, public sector, or government client-facing environment would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
