Visa Documentation Agent – London
Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £26,436 + Benefits
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment? TLScontact is looking for a Visa Documentation Agent to join our London Visa Application Centre team.
In this role, you will support applicants through the visa application process, ensuring applications are handled accurately, professionally, and in line with our standard operating procedures.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Visa Documentation Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers
- Supporting the completion and checking of applications
- Obtaining biometric data
- Managing documentation
- Following established filing and administration processes
You will also help ensure every applicant receives a first-class customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. You will also be expected to:
- Flag any applications of concern to management
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a safe, secure, and collaborative working environment

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable customer service experience, ideally gained in a role engaging directly with the public. You should be comfortable working under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent in English
- Highly detail-conscious and organised
- Professional, patient, assertive, and adaptable
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Able to maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures
Experience working in a Visa Application Centre, public sector, or government client environment would be desirable, but is not essential.
