Responsibilities
As a Visitor Services Officer, you will:
- Contribute to achieving an exceptional visitor experience by providing outstanding service that leaves visitors with lasting memories
- Work across our visitor welcome/visitor centre, ensuring smooth, inclusive, and enjoyable experiences for guests
- Collaborate with the wider team to maintain visitor facilities effectively
- Cultivate a supportive and positive work environment that:
- Encourages teamwork
- Supports productivity
- Fosters individual growth
- Promote Forestry England’s work through:
- Events
- Membership drives
- Legacy giving
- Volunteering opportunities
You will support both local and national events and will be expected to undertake regular weekend and bank holiday working to meet visitor and operational needs.
