Vista / Cinema Technology Specialist — Contract
Location: London preferred, remote considered
Contract: 3–4 months initially, very likely to extend
Day rate: Up to £500 per day
Start: ASAP
We are supporting a specialist cinema technology project and are looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience across Vista / Vista Cinema / Vista Entertainment Solutions.
The client already has a senior engineering team building a cinema-focused application, but they are looking to bring in specialist Vista knowledge to support configuration, setup options, platform understanding, and integration decisions.
This role would suit someone who has worked as a Vista Solutions Specialist, Implementation Consultant, Technical Consultant, Integration Specialist, Product/Platform Consultant, or a developer who has built applications on top of Vista.

What you’ll be doing
- You will help the client understand how best to configure and structure Vista for their project, advising on setup options, implementation considerations, and potential pitfalls.
- You will work closely with the internal engineering/product team to help de-risk the Vista side of the build and provide guidance around how Vista connects into customer-facing cinema applications.
Ideal experience
- Strong experience with one or more of the following:
- Vista / Vista Cinema / Vista Entertainment Solutions
- Vista configuration, setup, and implementation
- Cinema ticketing, booking, seating, concessions, loyalty, or payments
- Vista APIs, integrations, or platform connectivity
- Client discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Advising technical and non-technical stakeholders on cinema platform setup

Bonus experience
- Hands-on development experience with headless applications
- Next.js, React, React Native, Expo, or TypeScript
- API-led product builds or customer-facing cinema applications
- Previous experience with cinema operators, exhibitors, or cinema software vendors
This is a niche, active project with flexibility around the right person. The priority is finding someone who genuinely understands Vista and can advise confidently on how to navigate the platform properly.
