About the Role
We’re searching for an experienced Visual Designer to join our Experience Design team, working alongside designers, researchers, and strategists. You’ll help shape digital experiences that engage customers and stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
This full-time hybrid role involves:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Delivering visually engaging digital experiences
- Aligning designs with customer needs and business goals
Responsibilities
As a Visual Designer, your key responsibilities include:

Problem-Solving & Creativity
- Apply creative thinking to simplify complex challenges (e.g., transforming mundane elements into engaging designs).
- Work with enhanced digital design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Design & Digital Delivery
- Create production assets (e.g., infographics, logos, UI components) for web and mobile applications.
- Design USER INTERFACES and interfaces, balancing content and visual elements across platforms.
- Work confidently with prototyping tools (especially Figma—experience required) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leverage Agile methodologies to align designs with team priorities, visualise outcomes, and refine scope.

Storytelling & Communication
- Master storytelling techniques to help the business communicate effectively.
- Present ideas clearly (e.g., using PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to diverse stakeholders.

Research & Collaboration
- Engage with researchers, content designers, service designers, and interaction experts to advance customer outcomes.
- Ensure designs meet equitable accessibility standards for all user backgrounds.

Delivery & Technical Clarity
- Clarify designs with developers to confirm specs for implementation.
- Advocate for inclusive, user-centred solutions.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in visual design (massively valued, but transferable skillsenthusiastic).
- A collaborative mindset to support and learn from a diverse team—relevant or transferable experience welcomed.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Solve visual design challenges
- Deliver end-to-end digital journeys
- Champion accessibility
- Energy, creativity, and commitment to driving excellence.
- Familiarity with:
- Design systems (proficiency in expanding/refining centralised systems a plus).
- Key software suites (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Microsoft Office tools).
- Problem-solving skills paired with effective communication to bridge design, technical, and business needs.
