Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to enhance the visual quality of all creative outputs at Accelyst. You will serve as a key creative leader—responsible for ensuring our brand, marketing materials, client deliverables, and digital presence are polished, modern, and aligned with our design standards.

This role demands versatility across multiple design formats, including digital assets, presentations, web interfaces, and social content. You must be comfortable managing diverse design priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You will work closely with our developer to ensure that design concepts translate into clean, purposeful, and production-ready experiences.
Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
- Create high-quality social media graphics, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
- Design email templates, blog headers, and newsletter layouts
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Develop polished pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing presentations
Web & Digital Design
- Design website pages and landing pages using Figma
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for new features
- Build responsive layouts optimized for desktop and mobile
- Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff
Client Project Design
- Produce visual assets for client projects (websites, branding, marketing materials)
- Adapt designs to various brand guidelines and client styles
- Partner with project teams to understand requirements and deliver on time

Brand Identity
- Shape and evolve Accelyst’s overall visual identity
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries
- Ensure every visual output meets a high standard of craft
Qualifications
Must Have
- 2–4+ years of experience in visual/graphic design (tech, consulting, or agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range—web design, social graphics, brand identity, marketing assets
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of layouts, responsive design, typography, and whitespace
- Excellent aesthetic eye for color, composition, and visual balance
- Ability to convert vague direction into polished, production-ready output
- High ownership mindset; proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Video editing for short-form or promotional content
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Illustration or icon design capability
- Experience with design systems
- B2B or professional services design experience
- Familiarity with project management tools
