You know that feeling when a brand just gets it - when every touchpoint looks sharp, feels consistent, and makes you trust the company before you’ve even read a word? 🎯 Building that kind of visual presence is hard. Maintaining it across a fast-moving SaaS company is even harder.
We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve - from the inside.
Design at Stravito
Design plays a central role in how we build and communicate Stravito. Our product helps global organisations unlock and use insights from market research and internal knowledge. As we grow, the way we look, feel, and show up in the world matters more than ever.
As a Visual Designer, you’ll work closely with our lead Designer and the growth team to craft the visual language of Stravito - across our website, brand communications, campaigns, and everything in between. Much of our work involves translating complex ideas about knowledge and insights into visuals that feel clear, premium, and distinctly Stravito.
You’ll be involved across the full range of brand and web design work - from campaign assets and marketing collateral to web pages and sales materials - and have real ownership of how Stravito shows up visually as the brand evolves.
About the job
Brand and visual quality are at the forefront of everything we do. The job of a Visual Designer is to help shape how Stravito is perceived - to take our brand and make it feel cohesive, compelling, and consistent across every surface it touches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life with care and craft - from a single social post to a full website page - always with an eye for what makes something feel considered rather than just finished. Achieving this requires collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the growth team, as well as external agencies and partners when needed. You’ll work within our brand system while also helping to strengthen it over time.
What you'll do
- Create high-quality visual design across brand, web, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design and maintain key website pages in collaboration with the growth team.
- Create assets for social media, events, presentations, sales materials, and customer communications.
- Contribute to the Stravito design system - templates, components, and brand guidelines.
- Support the Creative Director on projects involving external agencies and contractors.
- Help build Canva and Figma templates that make it easy for other teams to work on-brand.
About you
To be successful in this role, we expect:
- A visual designer with around 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design.
- A good eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable designing for digital channels - web pages, social, decks, and marketing assets.
- Happy working within a brand system and contributing to its evolution over time.
- A clear communicator who is comfortable managing your own workload.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion design experience (After Effects) is a plus.
