Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across all SKIMS retail locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a consistent brand experience through compelling product presentation, seasonal storytelling, and in-store activations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and has a strong balance of creative vision and operational precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end visual merchandising strategy across SKIMS retail locations, aligning with brand, product, and marketing calendars.
- Develop seasonal VM guidelines, floorplans, and window directives that enhance storytelling and drive conversion.
- Partner with Retail, Store Design, Buying, and Planning teams to inform product placement and flow.
- Lead cross-functional walkthroughs and presentations to align leadership on key floorset changes and in-store visual priorities.
- Manage the execution of all in-store displays, mannequins, signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency across locations.
- Travel regularly to stores to support new store openings, floor set installations, and in-person coaching of store teams.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to train and empower store teams to maintain visual standards.
- Monitor and analyze merchandising performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within high-growth, vertically integrated fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product flow, and storytelling through visuals.
- Strong spatial and design sensibility with proficiency in visual tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
- Experience managing VM for both flagship and pop-up retail formats.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed to support store teams and installations.
