Your New Position

For our store in Angel Central (Madrid), we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team.

Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days (full flexibility, Monday–Sunday required).

How You’ll Stand Out

You will ensure products are displayed in a commercial, inspiring and fashionable way, aligning with MANGO’s standards to maximise sales.


Your Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an attractive, commercial store image at all times.
  • Apply and adhere to visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Perform store changes quickly and efficiently.
  • Optimise selling space using profitability tools and data analysis.
  • Monitor sales figures and performance indicators to adjust product placement and marketing.
  • Apply sales-driven solutions, adapting based on performance to enhance commercial results.
  • Stay informed about customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies.
  • Ensure replenishment of stock and manage additional orders to maintain correct inventory.
  • Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes, and out-of-stock garments.
  • Provide regular updates to management and support with execution of managerial tasks.

About You

  • Results-driven, sales-oriented with solid merchandising experience in a fashion environment.
  • Passionate about fashion, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent at prioritisation and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and meets strict deadlines and last-minute requests.
