Job Title: Visual Merchandiser
Location: Boundary Outlet - Colne
Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. Typically, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or overnight work required.

The Role
Are you passionate about creating inspiring shopping environments that captivate customers and drive sales? At Boundary Outlet, we're looking for a creative, commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to join our team and help bring our stores to life.
As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through innovative displays, impactful product presentation, and engaging visual merchandising. Every day will offer the opportunity to transform our retail spaces into exciting, customer-focused environments that inspire shoppers and showcase our products at their very best.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Create inspiring and commercially effective visual merchandising displays across the store.
- Implement seasonal campaigns, promotional activity, and new product launches in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain exceptional visual standards, ensuring the store is fresh, inviting, and easy to shop.
- Work closely with the Store Management team and Head of Store Experience to deliver consistent brand presentation.
- Analyse product performance and customer trends to maximise sales opportunities through effective merchandising.
- Ensure displays are maintained to the highest standards, adapting layouts to reflect stock levels and trading priorities.
- Support store events, promotions, and key retail periods with creative visual solutions.
- Champion an outstanding customer journey by creating engaging retail experiences throughout the store.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
- A creative eye with a passion for design, styling, and presentation.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how visual merchandising drives sales.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to collaborate across departments.
- Flexibility to support seasonal changes and promotional activity.
