Visual Merchandiser – Stradivarius Sheffield

At Stradivarius, we don't just display products—we create fashion stories that inspire our customers every day. We're looking for a passionate, creative, and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to join our Sheffield team and bring our collections to life in-store.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in driving sales through exceptional product presentation and commercial decision-making.
Visual Merchandising & Commercial Excellence
- Deliver inspiring visual displays in line with Stradivarius brand standards and company guidelines.
- Promote new collections and key products through impactful merchandising and styling.
- Partner with the Commercial Manager to identify creative opportunities that enhance the customer journey.
- Utilise store layouts, fixtures, mannequins, tables, and wall displays to maximise product visibility and sales.
- Plan and execute weekly, seasonal, and promotional commercial changes.
- Analyse commercial reports, sales data, and money mapping to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Stay up to date on product availability across fashion, footwear, accessories, and fragrances.
- Monitor fashion trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team.

Store Operations
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure digital tools and store technology are used effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate product requirements.
- Support stockroom operations, deliveries, replenishment, orders, and reporting activities.
Training & Development
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
- Share visual merchandising knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Help build a commercially aware and customer-focused team culture.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Guide customers through new arrivals, best sellers, and seasonal trends.
- Recommend products and services that enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries professionally, escalating when appropriate.
Health, Safety & Sustainability
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the store.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Act as a sustainability ambassador, supporting initiatives that reduce environmental impact and promote responsible retail practices.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in fashion retail.
- Experience in visual merchandising, commercial retail, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong awareness of fashion trends, customer behaviour, and competitors.
