The Role:

The EMEA Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating appealing and striking visual displays that lead the customer through our stores, following the Visual Merchandising guidelines. It is a key role to create on-going desirability for our brand image and stores. The candidate must work in close relation to the Area Managers, Buying & Merchandising and Communication Department. It is also an essential part of this role to train our store-based teams on standards & new ways of working to make sure our expectations are met on the shop floor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To implement strong and appealing displays throughout our stores & showroom
  • Work alongside the Senior Visual Merchandiser EMEA to create a structured calendar based on monthly rotations and windows changes
  • Regular store visits to UK and Europe stores (each store once a month) to define and implement displays, adapted to the specific needs of the store
  • Collaborating with the VM referent to keep visual consistency throughout the UK and Europe
  • Demonstrate understanding of full strategic vision, show agility and flexibility to achieve required solutions
  • Drive compliance with standards and excellent product knowledge across the region
  • Support the development of visual merchandising Guidelines
  • Monitor and Follow-up with each store when new product launches are implemented
  • Create renderings to illustrate visual rotations of each collection

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to work transversally and manage by influence
  • High sensitivity for products/fashion and space monitoring
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a confidential manner, being diplomatic & tactful
  • Fluent in English (spoken + written)
  • Flexible for travel and schedule changes
  • Proven ability to work with Ambiguity in a dynamic workspace
  • Adobe proficiency, specifically Photoshop, but also InDesign and Illustrator

  • Flexibility to travel when required
