About Goodhood
Goodhood is a pioneering London-based lifestyle and fashion retailer known for its progressive curation of brands across menswear, womenswear, accessories, home and beauty. As we open our brand-new flagship space, we’re looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to bring our product stories to life and elevate the in-store experience for our growing community.
Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for the presentation and layout of our new 8,500 sq ft flagship space—ensuring every corner reflects the brand’s identity and creative vision. Working closely with retail, buying, and creative teams, you’ll lead the planning and execution of in-store visual merchandising across apparel, accessories, homeware, and lifestyle.
This is a key, hands-on role for someone with an eye for design, a deep understanding of brand experience, and the agility to adapt for product drops, seasonal themes, and cultural moments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
