The role As a Visual Merchandiser, you bring Lefties to life on the shopfloor — creating clear, inspiring and commercial displays that help customers shop with ease and drive performance. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where organisation and speed matter as much as creativity. You’ll work with large volumes of stock and frequent mannequin changes, keeping your area sharp, impactful and customer-led, even during busy trading and heavy delivery periods. This role is for you if you… Balance creativity with commercial thinking — you style with purpose and results in mind Stay calm under pressure and enjoy working at pace with high volumes Are highly organised, reliable and great at prioritising Are adaptable — you react quickly to trade, trends and changing priorities Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in consistently high standards Collaborate well with store leadership and support the wider team Are resilient and ambitious, motivated to learn and grow your career What you’ll do Deliver eye-catching, on-brand presentations that make product easy to shop and hard to ignore Use sales, product and customer insight to guide VM decisions and improve performance Respond quickly to trends, trade and store priorities, adjusting displays at pace Manage high-volume deliveries efficiently across shopfloor and stockroom, keeping flow strong Maintain and refresh mannequins and styling with consistency, speed and attention to detail Keep fixtures, layouts and standards aligned to brand guidelines Partner closely with store management to execute commercial priorities and key moments Support Inditex sustainability initiatives through daily ways of working What we offer Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday allowance, company pension scheme and the “More for Less” benefits platform with a wide range of discounts.
