As we continue to grow across the UK and internationally, we're looking for a proactive and creative Visual Merchandiser to lead the visual presentation of our stores and help create a consistent, premium customer experience across every location.
What you'll be doing
- Own the visual merchandising strategy across all Chococo stores
- Develop an annual Visual Merchandising Calendar aligned with seasonal launches and key trading periods.
- Design seasonal window displays, in-store campaigns and promotional activations.
- Create detailed planograms and merchandising guidelines for every store.
- Produce Visual Merchandising Guidelines for both existing and new store openings.
- Support new store openings by planning layouts, merchandising and window installations.
- Review store photo submissions, provide feedback and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Visit stores across the UK to audit standards, coach teams and support implementation.
- Design POS materials and in-store communication for seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Operations teams on launches and commercial initiatives.
- Monitor trends and proactively introduce new ideas that improve customer experience and increase sales.
- Measure the impact of merchandising initiatives and recommend improvements based on commercial performance.

We're looking for someone who…
- Has experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design or a similar premium retail role.
- Has an exceptional eye for detail, styling and premium presentation.
- Can confidently produce planograms and VM documentation.
- Is proactive, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Enjoys travelling between stores and working with different teams.
- Can use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
