Role Description

The Visual Merchandiser Perfumes role at RetailerME is a full-time hybrid position based in London, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves designing and implementing eye-catching window displays and in-store perfume presentations that reflect brand identity and drive sales.

  • Planning seasonal and promotional layouts
  • Coordinating with retail and sales teams
  • Ensuring merchandising guidelines are consistently applied across locations
  • Monitoring customer reactions
  • Adjusting displays based on performance
  • Collaborating closely with brand, marketing, and store teams to ensure an engaging customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong retail and sales experience, with a focus on fragrance or beauty products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with store teams and engage shoppers
  • Proficiency in designing and executing window displays and in-store visual merchandising concepts
  • Ability to analyze sales and customer feedback to optimize display strategies
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time between on-site store visits in London and remote tasks
  • Previous experience as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role within retail is preferred
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools or software used for layout planning and reporting
