🎨 Fashion Visual Merchandising Team Member Location: Primark Poole
About the Role
Become the creative face of our store—shaping how our brand looks and feels for shoppers! As our Visual Merchandising Team Member, you’ll blend your passion for fashion with a keen eye for presentation to:
- Elevate the customer experience by styling windows, displays, and mannequins to reflect the Primark identity.
- Drive sales through commercial and creative displays that appeal to the local customer.
- Collaborate with your Store/Visual Merchandising Manager and team to refresh layouts with fresh ideas.
- Ensure everything—nowards, posters, and point-of-sale materials—stays on-brand and visually striking.

Responsibilities
- Create inspiring store windows and displays that spark customer engagement.
- Style mannequins and arrange product layouts to highlight must-have items.
- Monitor trend relevance and propose display changes based on local customer preferences.
- Report best-selling products and suggest inspiration for future merchandising.
- Maintain all picture, poster, and visual aids in line with Primark guidelines.
- Foster strong teamwork with your Store Management team.

Requirements
Experience You’ll Bring
✅ A passion for fashion and creativity—every display is a chance to make an impact! ✅ Preferred but not required:
- Examples of visual merchandising experience.
- Experience in retail and customer service (proven success in translating brand values exceeds all other criteria).

This Job at a Glance

- Duration: Permanent
- Hours: 20 hours/week (Flexible)
