Product Manager (Menswear) | Zara Brent Cross, North West London

At Zara, we move at the speed of fashion. We're looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to lead our Menswear department at Brent Cross, one of our flagship stores in North West London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who loves product, thrives on pace, and knows how to turn commercial insight into action. You'll own the performance of the Menswear department, driving sales, product availability, newness launches, and an outstanding customer experience while developing and inspiring your team.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the Commercial Performance
- Lead daily and weekly trading for the Menswear department.
- Analyse commercial reports and identify opportunities, risks, and priorities.
- Turn trading insight into clear shop-floor actions that improve performance.
- Drive strong sell-through by balancing newness, best sellers, replenishment, and stock depth.
Deliver Newness & Strong Visual Standards
- Launch new collections with pace and impact.
- Ensure merchandising reflects company guidelines and commercial priorities.
- Create inspiring, easy-to-shop product stories and outfitting solutions.
- React quickly to customer behaviour, adjusting layouts and product placement to maximise sales.

Drive Stock Availability
- Monitor availability and take fast action to minimise lost sales opportunities.
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure effective deliveries, replenishment, and stock management.
- Maintain an organised and commercially focused stockroom that supports speed and efficiency.
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Coach and develop colleagues through daily floor leadership.
- Support onboarding and accelerate performance for new starters.
- Identify talent and build future leaders for the business.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high standards.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Ensure customers receive knowledgeable and inspiring product support.
- Keep the team informed on new arrivals, trends, and best sellers.
- Use in-store services and technology to provide alternative solutions and maximise customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong commercial retailer with a passion for product and people.
Essential Experience
- Previous fashion retail experience in a commercial product-focused role.
- Strong trading, merchandising, or product management background.
- Proven ability to analyse performance and translate insight into results.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong numeracy skills and confidence using reports and KPIs.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
