Visual Merchandising Manager / Luxury Fashion Brand
Location - London
Salary: £65,000 + bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join a prestigious luxury retail business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving visual excellence across multiple retail locations, working closely with store teams and key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and elevated customer experience. The position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with regular involvement in retail operations and visual implementation.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Visual Merchandising management role within the luxury fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and customer experience.
- Experience managing multiple locations and working closely with retail teams.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially aware, with a strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or related degree preferred.
