The Role

The Visual Merchandising POS Coordinator sits within the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team and reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager. The Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Supporting the day-to-day coordination, administration, and follow-up of:
    • POS production
    • VM (Visual Merchandising) updates
    • installation tracking
    • store communications
    • supplier activity
  • Helping ensure:
    • Clarins store standards
    • product presentation
    • customer journey remains premium, consistent, and aligned to brand expectations.

You Have

  • 1–2 years’ experience in:
    • Visual merchandising
    • Retail operations
    • POS production
    • or similar retail, brand, or agency environment.
  • Experience in:
    • Beauty
    • Premium retail
    • Customer-facing retail (highly advantageous).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
    • Excel
    • Outlook
    • PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating:
    • Suppliers
    • Store communications
    • Installations
    • POS/product administration
  • Confidence in:
    • Working with:
      • Product
      • Pricing data
      • Planogram data
      • POS data
    • Maintaining accurate:
      • Trackers
      • Records
