Visual Merchandising & Space Planning Manager
At Sally Europe, we're looking for a Visual Merchandising & Space Planning Manager to shape the customer experience across more than 450 stores in six European markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our visual merchandising and space planning strategy, ensuring our stores are engaging, commercially effective and consistently executed. Working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations and Store Development, you'll play a key role in driving sales, improving the customer journey and supporting the continued evolution of our store formats.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the visual merchandising and space planning strategy across Sally Europe.
- Develop store layouts, planograms and merchandising standards that enhance the customer experience and maximise commercial performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new stores, refits and range changes.
- Use customer and commercial insights to optimise space allocation and store performance.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Visual Merchandisers and Space Planning specialists.
- Drive continuous improvement across store standards and execution.

About You
You'll have:
- Significant experience in visual merchandising and retail space planning within a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of macro and micro space planning and planogram development.
- Experience using space planning software such as Blue Yonder, JDA, Quant or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for creating exceptional retail experiences.
