About the Role
As VM Executive (Visual Merchandising) for Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping visual merchandising (VM) activations across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Reporting to the TR VM Manager, your responsibilities will span artwork production, campaign alignment, and end-to-end project management to ensure seamless in-store executions, including high-impact conceptually animated pop-ups for key New Product Developments (NPD).
- Responsible for VM artwork production and POS (Point of Sale) development for campaigns, new launches, and opening doors.
- Work closely with Global VM to adapt brand guidelines to Travel Retail’s instore strategy, creating impactful activations that embody Charlotte Tilbury’s commercial vision and aesthetic.
- Travel may be required to support onsite installs, ensuring campaign delivery to EMEA retailers.

- Beauty industry or Travel Retail experience.
- Thriving in a high-pressure, dynamic environment demanding quick decision-making and execution.

Visual Merchandising & Artwork Production
- Oversee ** художественное content and media** for campaigns, issue artwork, and manage supplier briefs across resources.
- Sync deadlines with internal/external stakeholders to deliver on-time VM across all channels.
Campaign & Strategy Execution
- Ensure VM amplifies brand codes and messaging, gaining approvals from leadership including General Manager & Global Brand Partners.
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain production trackers, budget reports, and databases for smooth future campaigns and compliance.
- Track and enforce budget adherence across campaigns—raising orders, monitoring spend, and reporting variances; collaborating with Procurement & Finance.
- Foster transparency with all departments on deadlines, budgets, risks, and priorities.
Operations & External Relations
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers, printers, and logistical providers to streamline delivery timelines.

About You
Your profile should align with: ✔ Project Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Commercial Acumen: Strong numerical reasoning, budget awareness, and ability to track profitability. ✔ Attention to Detail: Keen eye for creative execution, design nuances, and ensuring flawless campaign outputs. ✔ Technical Skills: Familiarity with:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketchup or design software. ✔ Autonomy & Adaptability:
- Confident working independently, under pressure, and on your feet in unpredictable contexts. ✔ Buyer Suppliers Knowledge: Proficiency in liaising with VM suppliers, printers and retail partners in Travel Retail or beauty industries. ✔ Prior Experience: Head Office VM for cosmetics or Travel Retail activations preferred; alternative creative retail backgrounds with portfolio invaluable.
