About the Role
As the VM Executive (Visual Merchandising) for Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail, you will play a key role in VM artwork production and campaign activation across TR EMEA regions and retailers. Reporting to the TR VM Manager, this position blends creative art direction with project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of impactful in-store execution that amplifies the brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop and maintain VM assets, including artwork production, preparing briefs for external suppliers, and synchronising communications to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Guard the brand’s visual identity by ensuring all in-store displays** — Doors, Pop-ups, and Point of Sale materials — align with campaign aesthetic codes under leadership sign-off (GM, Global Partners).
- Leverage Global manufacturing frameworks while adapting to unique TR needs, including concept animation pop-ups for NPD launches, while supporting commercial objectives.
- Implement operational excellence by creating and maintaining updated databases (Tracers, Trackers, Budgets) and elevating transparency on deadline tracking, budget audits, and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as the go-to contact for Procurement, External Suppliers, and Travel Retail partners, ensuring clarity and alignment on deadlines, costs, and creative direction.
- Assist with on-site installs and activations, including travel where needed across EMEA.

This role thrives on beauty industry or Travel Retail experience and a passion for dynamic collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven ability in project management with multitasking and ownership under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness (numerical fluency for budget tracking).
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or SketchUp proficiency for VM design.
- Sharp attention to detail and creative alignment with brand positioning.
- Experience with internal VM workflows (cosmetics or Travel Retail preferred).
- Contract negotiation, supplier co-ordination, and PO generation experience.
- Adaptability to drive disruptive factor in a collaborative setting.
