- Salary: £14.00 per hour
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Fixed days, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Location: Lutterworth, Magna Park
A rewarding opportunity awaits VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) FLT (Forklift Truck) Drivers at an established distribution company. In this varied role, you’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling key tasks such as:
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading using the VNA truck
- Performing general warehouse duties
- Ensuring all products are handled correctly
- Carrying out basic housekeeping of goods-in and dispatch areas
- Scanning inventory using handheld scanners to maintain stock levels
- Opportunities for long-term or permanent contracts with potential progression

Ideal Candidate Requirements
We welcome applications from individuals with the following experience and attributes:
- Warehouse forklift experience is preferred (not always mandatory)
- Full accredited VNA licence is compulsory – training will be provided where needed
- Ability to work effectively in a small, team-based, high-speed environment
- Must be available for day shift work, starting immediately
