Voice Actor / Voice-Over Artist — Welsh English (AI Speech Training)
About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way real people in Wales speak? We're hiring professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Welsh accents to record natural, human-sounding speech for leading AI research teams.
This is a paid contract role involving a small number of in-person studio recording sessions. The work is meaningful, the pay is competitive, and the sessions are designed to fit around your schedule.
Important: This project is AI speech training only—it does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Welsh English speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in:
- Single-speaker sessions
- Dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding dialogue that captures authentic Welsh speech patterns
- Follow light direction on:
- Tone
- Pacing
- Delivery
- Bring your authentic Welsh accent to every take—that's the whole point
Who You Are
Must Have:
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
- A native or near-native Welsh English speaker—your accent is genuine and natural
- Based in Wales and able to attend in-person studio sessions
- Comfortable with:
- Conversational recording formats
- Dialogue-based recording formats
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
- Fluent in English for communication purposes
