Vocalink This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Enterprise Change & Insights Team in Vocalink Limited, a Mastercard business, which provides Critical National Infrastructure to the UK. • Vocalink is a UK company that enables the payments of 90% of salaries, 70% of utility bills, most ATM transactions and every cheque cleared in the UK. • We provide services to over 60 million citizens, and the UK private, public and third sectors. • In 2025, we processed 14 billion transactions, with a value of more than £11 trillion. • Vocalink products include Bacs Direct Credits, Bacs Direct Debits, Faster Payments, the LINK ATM network for cash withdrawals, and the Image Clearing Service (ICS) that supports cheque clearing. Overview The Vocalink Enterprise Change & Insights Team is seeking a Change Analyst to support the effective delivery of change across our organisation. This role plays a key part in enabling our teams to deliver value efficiently and sustainably, with a strong focus on agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving. The ideal candidate is curious, motivated, and eager to learn—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about enabling seamless change for colleagues and customers. Role This role involves supporting and coordinating multiple projects or programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and implement effective solutions. In this role, you will: • Support the planning, delivery, and embedding of change initiatives across Vocalink throughout the program lifecycle. • Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable change artefacts. • Work closely with Program and Initiative Managers to ensure change outcomes are clearly understood and communicated transparently. • Track, monitor, and report on change impacts, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities. • Partcicipate in agile ceremonies, workshops, and feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement. • Maintain and update change documentation, dashboards, and insights to support effective decision-making. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should: • Be an effective communicator—comfortable engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and explaining change impacts succinctly and clearly. • Show curiosity and a willingness to learn, asking thoughtful questions and actively seeking feedback. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly. • Have a foundational understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and be enthusiastic about applying agile principles to change delivery. • Be proactive and organised, able to manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Desirable additional capabilities: • Exposure to change management frameworks or large scale/complex transformation programs. • Experience supporting or working within an agile delivery team. • Ability to interpret stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable plans. • Motivated to introduce and support innovative practices such as AI and automation. • Basic experience with tools such as Jira, MS365 or similar collaboration platforms.
