About Evolution Safety Solutions
Evolution Safety Solutions is a leading provider of health, safety, environmental, and fire safety consultancy, training, and vocational qualifications.
We deliver accredited qualifications, competency assessments, and consultancy to clients ranging from small businesses through to major national organisations operating within construction, utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and the public sector.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accredited training programmes, assessing vocational competence in the workplace, and supporting learners throughout their qualification journey.
Initially, the role will involve delivery and assessment of:
- ProQual Level 3 Award in the Inspection and Testing of Fire Resisting Door Installations
- ProQual Level 3 Award in the Inspection and Testing of Fire Stopping Installations
As your experience develops, there will be opportunities to deliver additional qualifications across fire safety, health and safety, and construction disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery

- Adapt training styles to suit learners of varying backgrounds and experience.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Ensure training remains compliant with awarding organisation requirements.
- Deliver both theory and practical learning sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching throughout programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
