Client Sales Executive (CSE) – Vodafone Three UK
Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent base salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) – Monday to Friday

About the Role
As Client Sales Executive (CSE), you’ll play a pivotal role in retaining and expanding Vodafone Three UK’s market share. With an account base of ~120 Business customers, your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Account management of Vodafone Business customers, building long-term relationships.
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities (cross-sell/upsell) across:
- Mobility
- Connectivity
- Cloud, Hosting & Security
- Unified Communications
- IoT (Internet of Things)
- Aligning with customer goals to deliver differentiated solutions, driving:
- Revenue growth
- Margin optimisation
- Enhanced customer retention
- Ensuring financially responsible decisions in every interaction to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborating with the Business UK team to advance Vodafone Three’s position as a leader in 5G, AI, and IoT innovation.

Requirements
Essential
- Proven sales experience in a commercial role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a growth mindset.
- Passion for technology and understanding of digitisation trends.
- Ability to build and retain customer relationships through solution-centric selling.
- Committed to prioritising teamwork to meet objectives.
Preferred
- Foundational understanding of profit & loss (P&L) principles.
