Commercial Finance Lead – VodafoneThree UK Corporate
Location: London or Newbury + Hybrid Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits Working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) – Monday to Friday

Role: Commercial Finance Lead – VodafoneThree Corporate Support
You’ll partner with decision-makers, steering commercial objectives through clear, adaptive financial management. Your acumen will bridge data and strategy, helping teams build a connected future.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Finance Partnership: Build rapport with leadership, transforming uncertainty into confident decision-metrics through empathy-driven insights.
- Fixed P&L Ownership: Analyse and uncover opportunities, guiding the business with unblocking clarity and aiutference.
- KPI & Growth Narrative: Design and gently steer focus areas, ensuring scalable, impactful outcomes.
- Data Narratives: Simplify complexity by translating intricate financial insights into clear, actionable insights that drive corporate results.
- Financial Optimisation: Champion margin improvements via coalition-building and collaborative solutions.
- Planning Unity: Shape multi-year forecast/budget/long-term plans, blending ambition with accountable diligence.
- Evolving Support: Assist in OpEx oversight, morphing agility to meet CE-level priorities and innovation sprints.
- Senior Advocacy: Influence direction through warm, candid dialogue, aligned with top-down and cross-functional goals.
