Job Description
What you’ll do
As a CRO Performance Insights Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand how customers interact with our digital journeys and where we can optimise experiences to drive better outcomes. Sitting within the Digital Insights team and embedded into the CRO and Test & Learn function, you’ll turn behavioural data and experimentation results into meaningful business insight.
You’ll work closely with Product, UX, Ecommerce, Engineering, and CRO teams to evaluate A/B tests, uncover customer friction points, and shape future optimisation priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending analytics, storytelling, experimentation, and commercial thinking in a fast-moving digital environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse A/B and multivariate test performance to understand customer behaviour and commercial impact
- Conduct journey diagnostics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Medallia, and BI dashboards
- Translate test outcomes into actionable recommendations that improve digital experiences and conversion performance
- Produce clear and engaging insight reports, test summaries, and optimisation readouts for stakeholders
- Maintain a structured library of experimentation learnings and reusable insight themes
- Identify behavioural trends and emerging customer issues to support future testing opportunities
- Partner with UX, Product, Ecommerce, and Engineering teams to guide optimisation priorities
- Support data accuracy, tagging validation, and measurement integrity across digital experiments
Qualifications
Who you are
- Experienced in digital analytics, CRO, experimentation analysis, or digital optimisation environments
- Understanding of Frequentist and Bayesian approaches.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret testing results and identify meaningful behavioural insights
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Medallia, BI dashboards, or similar analytics platforms
- Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks and evaluating statistical significance
- Able to simplify complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations and insight stories
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality, tagging accuracy, and measurement standards
- Collaborative and confident working across cross-functional digital teams including Product, UX, Ecommerce, and Engineering
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and influence decision making
