We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

Job Description

Through our collective strengths and talents, we will transform customers’ experience and create a best-in-class network for coverage, connectivity, and reliability, delivering greater value and more choice for the nation than ever before.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll do

  • Drive daily, weekly and monthly ecommerce trading performance for a key Line of Business, helping to deliver ambitious commercial targets across products such as Handsets, SIM Only, Home Broadband or Upgrades.
  • Execute engaging digital sales and merchandising plans, ensuring products are accurately represented, competitively positioned and easy for customers to discover and purchase.
  • Continuously optimise digital customer journeys to improve conversion, average order value, attach rates and overall commercial performance, using data and insight to guide decision-making.
  • Partner closely with the Digital Sales Lead to turn commercial objectives into impactful digital trading activity across the online shopfront.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour, identifying opportunities and risks and recommending actions to maximise performance.
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRO, Analytics and Performance Marketing teams to increase visibility, improve traffic quality and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising, ideally within telecoms, retail, or another fast-paced, high-volume B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practice, including onsite merchandising, conversion optimisation and customer behaviour, with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
  • Confidence using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Contentsquare to turn data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
  • A proven track record of delivering against commercial objectives and driving measurable trading results through data-led decision-making.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with experience managing product information, pricing and digital content accurately while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
