As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

What You’ll Do
- You’ll take ownership of end-to-end planning and delivery, acting as the critical link between strategy and execution.
- Sitting between leadership and implementation teams, you’ll ensure plans don’t just exist—they’re delivered effectively, on time, and with impact.
- Oversee a team of field-based colleagues (5 team members), providing direction, support, and alignment.
- Monitor delivery milestones, proactively identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on course.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure these are effectively implemented.
- Bring structure and best practices to delivery using recognised methodologies (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, CIM).
- Drive accountability across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned to shared goals and timelines.
Who You Are
- Experience in project delivery, planning, or strategy roles.
- Proven ability to independently manage and deliver structured plans end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working between leadership and operational teams.
- Experience coordinating or overseeing teams to achieve delivery outcomes.
- Knowledge or exposure to delivery frameworks such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or CIM.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex projects.
- Someone who takes ownership, drives results, and ensures plans translate into real outcomes.
